BizKickoff collects information you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, business details, and website requirements. We use this information to provide requested services, respond to inquiries, improve the service, prevent abuse, and operate the website.
AI features
If AI features are enabled, business information entered into the launch-plan tool may be sent to a third-party AI provider to generate a response. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information in the launch wizard.
Service providers and links
We may use hosting, email, analytics, payment, AI, and other service providers to operate BizKickoff. The site may also link to third-party products or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Referral measurement
We count QuickBooks referral card displays, clicks and dismissals in aggregate. These event counts do not include chat text, contact details or visitor identifiers. Our hosting provider may maintain standard access logs. Affiliate providers may use tracking parameters and cookies under their own policies when you follow their links.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand website visits, traffic sources and engagement. Google Analytics uses cookies and browser identifiers. We also measure chat starts, message counts, estimated active chat time and QuickBooks referral interactions. Our custom analytics events do not include conversation text, names, email addresses or phone numbers. Active chat time is an estimate that pauses when the page is hidden, the browser loses focus, the chat is off screen or there has been no chat interaction for 60 seconds. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our tag configuration. You can block analytics through your browser or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Data retention
Lead information may be retained as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, keep business records, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted by using the contact method listed on the website. Certain records may be retained when legally or operationally necessary.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
